The Fall 2024 semester arrival day is set as August 15, 2024. If you arrive on August 15 between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. at the Memphis, Tennessee airport, we will pick you up and transport you to Oxford, Mississippi free of charge. An Arrival Information – Fall 2024 survey will be sent out soon for both new and returning students to sign up for the August 15 shuttle. If you plan on arriving before August 15, you will need to secure a hotel room near the airport until our arrival days, or arrange your own transportation to Oxford. If you arrive after August 15, you will need to secure your own transportation to Oxford.
