The Fall 2025 semester Arrival Day is set as August 14, 2025. If you arrive on August 14th between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. at the Memphis International Airport (MEM), we will pick you up and transport you to Oxford, Mississippi free of charge. An Arrival Information – Fall 2025 Survey will be sent out soon for both new and returning students to sign up for the August 14th shuttle. If you plan on arriving before Arrival Day, you will need to secure a hotel room near the airport until our arrival days, or arrange your own transportation to Oxford. If you arrive after August 14th, you will need to secure your own transportation to Oxford.
