The Spring 2025 semester arrival day is set as January 11, 2025. If you arrive on January 11th between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. at the Memphis, Tennessee airport, we will pick you up and transport you to Oxford, Mississippi free of charge. An Arrival Information – Spring 2025 Survey will be sent out soon for both new and returning students to sign up for the January 11th shuttle. If you plan on arriving before January 11th, you will need to secure a hotel room near the airport until our arrival days, or arrange your own transportation to Oxford. If you arrive after January 11th, you will need to secure your own transportation to Oxford.
